well, this is old news. in our postmodern
era we should say:
HISTORY HAS ENDED. EVERYTHING IS PERMITTED.
and if at previous times the death of god acted as a liberating factor
in the human condition, nowadays the end of history singifies the
rise of neocynicism. the new absence of morality of all those who,
secure in the everpresent shallowness, debase any idea, practice,
story, making it a new product.
TO HELL WITH HISTORY! those of us who are inspired by stories, myths,
human gestures and movement practices continue to care about such
old ideas as "truth" or "lie". or "recapitulation".
and we are able to prove to some bastards that no. not really everything
is permitted.
